The PAX Koup L-FT2 Trolley takes the best of the original Wasserkuppe L FT2 design and adds an integrated rolling wheel system. The sturdy wheel system rolls well even in uneven, rough terrain and the telescoping back handle offers good control, while being lightweight when the bag is being used as a backpack. This bag has three side pockets and two front pockets suitable for the POS system, while the center compartment is backed with hook tape strips, which are concealed at the edges to hold them securely in place. In the body frame, are several wide, replaceable rubber band loops that can be used to secure small essentials. Several attached, flat clear bags in the frame offer additional storage. All PAX-Wasserkuppe rubber band loops are marked either red or blue for smart color-coding options. In combination with the inside pockets, which are also marked in color, this facilitates a color-coded organization in the backpack.

The three side pockets allow room for packing BMG / stethoscope, dressing, or drop container space. The backpack offers quick access to small items without the need to open the full pack, protecting the interior from dirt and debris. These pockets are both practical and help reduce cleaning time. Two large front pockets offer plenty of space while an upper inside front pocket of the lid and the sides have loops for penlights. The lower front pocket is equipped with four loops for 500 ml infusions and other loops for infusion systems. Both front pockets can be used with the PAX Organizing System (POS) with the PAX modules XL or smaller (Ampullarium, Intubation, Infusion). A center wall and an inner pocket set can also be used.
