The SAM IO Intraosseous Stabilizer features a cylinder design intended to protect the catheter from dislodgement. When a catheter is in position, place the sterile stabilizer carefully over the catheter and against the patient’s skin. The stabilizer has adhesive backing so it will stay in place.
