Telfa "Ouchless" Non-Adherent Dressings are comprised of an absorbent cotton pad bonded between layers of perforated, non-adherent film that draws drainage up and away from the wound. You can use them alone for lightly draining wounds or as the contact layer of a post-operative dressing.
