Payment Terms:
QuadMed terms are NET 30 Days from invoicing (shipping) date for customers with established accounts. Past due accounts are subject to a finance charge equal to 18 per annum. Sales tax will be charged unless a tax exemption certificate is provided. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Electronic Funds Transfers and Wire Transfers are also acccepted. International and export customers will be required to prepay orders via wire transfer.
International Orders:
There is a $2500.00 minimum for orders placed for delivery outside of the United States. International orders must prepay via wire transfer. Receipt of wire transfer is required before any shipments are made on the order. If the products ordered require a Medical Authorization letter, it must be submitted in English.
Warranties:
QuadMed gives no express warranties on merchandise in this catalog. Many products are covered under manufacturer's warranty guaranteeing your satisfaction. QuadMed is not liable for damage or injury to persons or property resulting from the use of the products we represent.
