The R & B Fabrications AED Pannier Pocket is designed to fit most AED models on the market in the center pouch. There are an additional four clear vinyl pockets on the flap for miscellaneous supplies. This is designed as a right side pannier because most bikes would fall to the left or be laid down on the left, thus protecting the AED. Made of Cordura nylon, the back side of the bags are nylon reinforced vinyl for easy cleaning and have a self repairing #10YKK nylon zipper with a storm flap. The pannier weighs 80 oz. with overall measurements of 15"H x 12"W x 7"W for an availability of 1,260 cubic inches of space.

THE PANNIER MOUNTING SYSTEM

All of R&B Fabrications, Inc. panniers have been designed to simplify and speed the installation and removal of the panniers. Two inverted J hooks, which hang on the side rails of the rack and an elastic type bungee cord with an S hook secures the bag to the bottom of the rack. For additional support when carrying heavy loads, there is a detachable strap that can be snapped onto the pannier and attached to the bicycle frame. The strap is equipped with a side release buckle for quick mounting and removal. If used with a #1310 Trauma/O2 Pack is used, it must be removed first. A heavy-duty rack that mounts in the seat area and at the frame in the axel area is recommended.
