Blackhawk's Dynamic Entry Halligan Tool is designed for Fire/Rescue teams with a fork and horn end for prying and breaching. The ergonomic handle design provides comfort and reinforces proper hand placement. This tool is electrically nonconductive to 100,000VAC. The horn can also be used for breaching padlocks when used in conjunction with a sledge. This tool is not designed for breaching steel doors or frames.
