The PAX Koup L-ST-FT is a versatile extension of the basic model bag system, featuring three practical side pockets. It can function as the base of a two-backpack system, facilitating clear and variable division of items. The system is compatible with PAX's POS modules for complete customization. On the front of the Koup, an extra-long, flat compartment can be used for storage of a neck brace. Behind this, a separate document compartment is accessible via a side zipper. The PAX backpack's organizational capability is demonstrated in its body design. PAX inside pockets can be arranged freely in the body, with backed touch tape strips sewn into the edges to hold them securely in place. Wide rubber band loops are attached to the body frame, allowing masks or other items to be stored for quick access. If necessary, the rubber band can be removed or replaced. The frame also has flat transparent pockets, ideal for storing unsterile examination gloves. All PAX Koup rubber strap loops are marked either red or blue, indicating circulatory or respiratory protection material, respectively.

The main zipper sliders enter a zipper garage made of durable material when the backpack is completely opened, prolonging the sliders' service life and protecting them from abrasion. The Koup is equipped with reflective strips on five sides, making it highly visible and providing a clear warning effect. Together with the PAX triangle on the front and back, this feature ensures maximum safety.
