The PAX Koup L-ST backpack series offers practical and functional features for organizing medical equipment. In the L-ST, the base model has been extended with three side pockets for added versatility. This allows for the backpack to be used as a 2-backpack system and provides easy access to equipment. Additionally, the Koup series is POS-compatible for seamless integration with other medical equipment.

The L-FT2 features a flat neck brace compartment on the front of the backpack. A separate document compartment can be accessed through a side zipper behind the neck brace compartment. The body of the backpack is equipped with touch tape strips sewn inside the back for organizing optional PAX inside pockets. Wide rubber band loops are attached around the body frame, providing ample space for stowing equipment and accessories such as masks. Clear flat bags are also included in the frame for holding examination gloves. The rubber band loops are color-coded for different types of equipment, allowing for optimal organization within the backpack. This backpack also comes with an optional inner pouch system that is marked in color to complement the backpack's rubber band loops. Three side pockets are featured in the L-ST for stowing smaller equipment and accessories. This feature allows for quick access without having to open the backpack and protects the interior from dirt, reducing the need for cleaning.

The PAX Koup backpacks come with two handgrips for carrying the backpack either sideways or lengthways. The handgrips are easily disinfected and immediately recognizable due to their striking color. The shoulder straps can be replaced if they become too dirty for washing, and the backpack can be easily removed using the buckles. The backpack is also equipped with firmly riveted feet for increased ground clearance, allowing it to be left in the dirt. In case of wear, the feet can be easily replaced. Reflective strips are provided on 5 sides of the backpack for increased safety. The PAX triangle on the front and back of the backpack provides an unmistakable warning effect. The serial number of the backpack is located on the upper handle for easy identification. The backpacks are designed with practicality and functionality in mind, allowing for easy access and organization. The various compartments, loops, and pockets are color-coded for optimal organization, and the backpacks are equipped with reflective strips for increased visibility.
